Joseph is an experienced and respected legal professional having practiced law for over 20 years, refining his legal skills and knowledge in a number of large national and local firms before opening his own practice in 2006. He is a passionate advocate for his clients, delivering knowledgeable, personalised and timely advice, drawing on his broad experience. His particular areas of focus include criminal law and traffic law, where he represents clients regularly in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts. He can provide representation in matters ranging from minor offences to major offences proceeding to trial. Joseph has significant experience in making submissions on serious and complex guilty pleas. Joseph’s experience also extends to personal injury law, where he has the unique insight that comes from working on ‘both sides of the fence’, for both injured persons (plaintiffs) and employers and their insurers. Keeping client’s needs front of mind, Joseph provides innovative approaches to issues to deliver personalised solutions.
